We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in King Hill. Our team removed the aged roofing material and addressed weathered fascia boards before installing a new, durable system. The project included the installation of new asphalt shingles and updated metal flashing to ensure long-term protection. We used multi-toned gray architectural shingles to provide a modern look and superior weather resistance. To improve the home's longevity, we installed black metal drip edge flashing, new valley flashing, and multiple ventilation caps for better airflow. These upgrades significantly enhanced the property's exterior while providing a secure, watertight seal against the elements.
