We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Payette, Idaho. Our team removed the aged, weathered shingles and inspected the underlying plywood decking and attic trusses to ensure structural integrity before starting the installation. We then prepared the surface for a complete system upgrade designed for long-term durability. We installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment to provide superior moisture protection before laying new multi-tonal architectural asphalt shingles. The project included replacing all plumbing vent boots, installing new static box vents, and adding a ridge ventilation system to improve attic airflow.
