This project features the CertainTeed Belmont shingle, offering the rugged, hand-crafted look of natural slate without the weight or maintenance. Striking Contrast: The textured black accents provide deep, architectural shadows that define the roofline and elevate the home’s curb appeal. Seamless Integration: By mirroring the Belmont system on both the main residence and the boat dock, we created a cohesive "estate" aesthetic that bridges the gap between the shoreline and the home.
