This spotlight is a little different—it features a high-performance metal roof we installed two years ago. Our team recently headed back to the property to address some minor gutter issues, giving us the perfect opportunity to document how beautifully our roofs age in the real world. When this roof was originally completed, a heavy winter snowfall covered the panels, making it impossible to capture clean portfolio photos. The images featured here show the system exactly as it stands today: two years in, fully settled, and looking absolutely pristine. Key Project Context 2-Year Durability Check: After two full years of handling intense seasonal shifts—from freezing winter snow to scorching summer heat—the roof shows zero signs of weathering, fading, or panel movement. Textured Finish Performance: The specialized textured coating has done exactly what it was engineered to do. It has maintained its rich, low-glare matte appearance, shedding debris easily and resisting the typical chalking or fading that can plague standard flat metal over time. Proactive System Maintenance: Returning to inspect the gutter system ensures the home's water management remains as flawless as the roof itself, protecting the foundation and landscaping for the long haul. The Result Seeing a project two years down the road highlights the true value of upgrading to a premium metal system. While asphalt shingles can immediately begin showing granular loss and weathering, this roof looks just as crisp, bold, and reliable as the day we cleared the snow off the panels. It’s living proof of what a "lifetime" roofing solution looks like.
