This project delivered a comprehensive exterior overhaul, combining a high-performance roof-over with a premium gutter system. By focusing on a "black-on-black" aesthetic and top-tier debris protection, the home received a significant upgrade in both style and functional longevity. Key Upgrades Efficient Metal Roof-Over: Installed a new Textured Black metal roof directly over the existing shingles. This method provides a secondary layer of protection and insulation while avoiding the mess and waste of a traditional tear-off. Modern Black Gutter System: To match the new roofline, we installed new black gutters, creating a seamless, monochromatic look that enhances the home's modern architectural lines. Alu-Rex T-Rex® Gutter Guards: Equipped the new gutters with T-Rex continuous hangers. These dual-action guards not only prevent leaves and debris from clogging the system but also provide industry-leading structural strength to the gutters themselves.
