Reed Residence

May 2026

This project involved a complete tear-off of an aging metal system, replacing it with a bold, high-performance roof that stands out. By upgrading the profile and the color, we’ve given the home a fresh, tropical aesthetic and superior weather protection. Key Project Details Outdated System Removal: Stripped away the old, worn-out 5V metal panels. While 5V is a classic look, it can become prone to leaks and fading over time as the exposed fasteners and material age. Modern Material Upgrade: Replaced the old roof with a brand-new metal system in a striking Hawaiian Blue finish. Enhanced Curb Appeal: The move to Hawaiian Blue provides a vibrant, clean look that instantly brightens the home's exterior and offers a unique alternative to traditional earth tones. The Result The transition from weathered 5V to fresh Hawaiian Blue has completely revitalized the home's appearance. The new system provides the homeowner with peace of mind through updated fastening techniques and a durable, fade-resistant coating that will maintain its tropical brilliance for decades to come.
