Palm Springs Midcentury Modern Home

Built in 1962 and never remodeled before, this Palm Springs home was a true heavy fixer ready for a complete transformation. The renovation included a full interior and exterior remodel with new drywall, flooring, paint, cabinetry, and high-end finishes throughout. We expanded the living space with a new addition, added a custom pool, and redesigned the landscaping for a modern resort-style feel. A new perimeter wall and custom gates were also built to enhance privacy and complement the home’s mid-century aesthetic. The result is a stunning revival that blends classic Palm Springs architecture with contemporary luxury and comfort.
