Staircase & Balcony Replacement in Costa Mesa

We replaced a severely dry-rotted exterior staircase and balcony to restore both safety and structural integrity. Our team carefully removed all compromised wood components, including the stair stringers, treads, and balcony framing, and rebuilt the structure using new, treated lumber. During the rebuild, we replaced all hardware and reinforced floor joists extending into the garage for added stability. Temporary supports were built throughout construction to ensure safety. To complete the project, all new wood components were primed and painted, providing a clean, finished look and long-term protection against the elements.
