Water Restoration, Complete Reroute, and Rebuild in Diamond Bar

This unit suffered from a cold water domestic slab leak, which we located utilizing leak detection equipment. To repair it, we rerouted the affected line in PEX through the walls and ceilings as well as the rest of the plumbing throughout the unit. We then performed a full water restoration in the kitchen and bathroom, removing damaged drywall, baseboards, cabinets, flooring, and the vanity. Dust containment barriers and air scrubbers were used during demolition, followed by drying equipment and stud encapsulation to ensure the areas were fully dried and treated. We then rebuilt the kitchen and bathroom including new cabinets, countertops, sinks, vanity, and tile flooring, completing a full restoration and returning the unit to pre loss condition.
