Restoring a Fire Damaged Home - Hacienda Heights

The fire originated in the bathroom of this unit, causing severe fire, smoke, and water damage throughout the interior. Our team performed a full demolition of all affected areas, removing damaged structural materials and finishes. We thoroughly cleaned the unit and treated the air utilizing several air treatment methods to remove smoke particles, then encapsulated all exposed studs to eliminate any remaining odor. After mitigation, we rebuilt the entire unit with new framing, drywall, texture, paint, flooring, cabinetry, finishes, and a new HVAC system, fully restoring the home to pre-loss condition.
