Our team located a pinhole leak in the upstairs unit that caused significant flooding in both the upstairs and downstairs units. We performed a thorough moisture assessment of both units to determine the extent of water intrusion. To stop the leak and prevent further damage, we repaired the affected section of pipe by installing a coupling over the pinhole in the copper line.
