We installed a custom exterior screen system on an elevated covered deck for a home in Castle Rock. Our team integrated the retractable housing into the existing wooden structure to create a versatile screened-in porch environment. This installation focused on providing the homeowners with flexible protection from wind and insects without obstructing their outdoor views. We utilized dark-toned MagnaTrack screens that complement the gray composite decking and light-colored siding of the residence. The new screens allow for effortless adjustment, protecting the dining furniture and outdoor living space from the elements. This upgrade significantly improved the functionality of the second-story balcony for year-round use.
