We transformed the outdoor dining area at Snooze A.M. Eatery in Lone Tree by installing a sophisticated, year-round patio enclosure. The project required comprehensive site preparation, including utility locates, trenching, and the pouring of reinforced concrete footings to support a structural metal framework. We assembled a modern Azenco pergola with a louvered roof system to allow for adjustable shade and weather protection. To maximize the usability of the space, we integrated Exterior All-Weather MagnaTrack Screens and high-capacity outdoor heaters. These additions were paired with custom electrical work for lighting and security, creating a comfortable environment for guests regardless of the season. The final result provided a seamless transition between the indoor restaurant and the expanded outdoor seating area.
