We completed a functional outdoor living upgrade for this home in Castle Rock by installing high-performance retractable solar screens on an existing covered porch. Our team integrated three large MagnaTrack screens into the porch structure to provide adjustable protection from the sun while maintaining the expansive views of the surrounding landscape. The installation included dark solar shades that effectively reduce glare and heat, allowing for comfortable outdoor relaxation throughout the day. We also enhanced the space with a stained tongue-and-groove wooden ceiling, infrared heaters, and a decorative windmill-style ceiling fan for improved climate control. This combination of privacy screens and permanent fixtures transformed the concrete patio into a durable, multi-season outdoor living area.
