We completed an exterior screen installation for a covered backyard patio in Peyton, Colorado. Our team measured and fitted custom retractable solar shades to provide climate control and insect protection for the existing outdoor living space. The project involved integrating the screen system seamlessly with the home’s stone-clad columns and stucco exterior. We installed dark-colored MagnaTrack screens, which allow the homeowners to enclose their patio at the touch of a button. These screens were specifically chosen to handle the local wind conditions while maintaining visibility of the surrounding landscape. The final result provides a more versatile outdoor area that remains comfortable and usable throughout the day.
