We installed motorized exterior sun shades on a covered back porch in Castle Rock to enhance the functional outdoor living space. The project involved mounting custom retractable screens to the existing white-sided structure to provide on-demand protection from sun and wind. We used dark, opaque MagnaTrack all-weather screens to ensure long-term durability and a sleek aesthetic that complements the home's white horizontal siding and railing. These motorized screens allow the homeowners to control light and temperature with the touch of a button while maintaining their view of the surrounding neighborhood. The final installation provides a more versatile and comfortable environment for grilling and outdoor gatherings throughout the year.
