We completed a specialized enclosure project for a residential back porch in Castle Rock. Our team installed a series of dark retractable all-weather screens to the existing covered patio structure to enhance privacy and solar protection. This project involved integrating the screen tracks with the black support pillars and dark-stained wood ceiling of the outdoor living space. We utilized high-performance MagnaTrack screens mounted within a custom metal frame above the existing white vertical balusters. The installation featured recessed controls and precise fascia adjustments to ensure a seamless fit against the home's light gray horizontal siding. These retractable solar shades now provide the homeowners with a versatile outdoor area that offers shade and weather resistance at the touch of a button.
