We installed a custom retractable screen system for a residential covered patio in Castle Rock. The project involved measuring and mounting dark-framed solar shades to the existing support columns and soffits of the home’s exterior. We integrated a power-operated MagnaTrack screen system that provides immediate shade and protection from the elements. These all-weather screens allow the homeowners to enjoy their outdoor living space while maintaining visibility and enhancing the comfort of their concrete patio area.
