We performed a comprehensive exterior refinishing project on this residential property in Traveler’s Rest. Our team focused on restoring the metal spiral staircase and multiple balcony railings that had begun to show signs of surface wear and corrosion. We also addressed maintenance needs across the multi-level outdoor living areas, including the stone-clad pillars and second-story balcony transitions. The restoration process involved stripping peeling paint and treating surface oxidation on the galvanized steel components before applying a durable, uniform finish. We carefully masked the flagstone patios, exterior stone fireplace, and stucco walls to protect the home’s masonry during the project. The finished work preserved the integrity of the outdoor spaces while enhancing the durability of the metal structures against the elements.
