This is one of our favorite projects to date. This insurance restoration required the removal of old shingles and gutters, with some minor decking repairs. We replaced the old shingles with Timberline HDZ High Definition shingles in 'Cedar Falls', which comes with a lifetime warranty. Shiny new copper was used on the flashing and window casings. The owner upgraded to lifetime boots and a high-profile ridge cap for enhanced detail and curb appeal. We also installed a solar-powered roof fan with a thermostat, allowing for proper attic ventilation. This project included a 5-year Paragon Protection Workmanship Warranty.
