What started as Darlene's dream of finally saving enough to refresh the exterior of her home turned into one of our favorite transformation projects of the year. As the project progressed, Jimmy and Darlene entrusted us with even more of their home, expanding the scope to include removing the dated popcorn ceiling in the living room, eliminating decorative faux beams, repairing previously hidden framing, installing new crown molding, and completely refreshing both the living room ceiling and the covered patio ceiling. Outside, our team performed extensive pressure washing, scraping, caulking, wood repairs, and priming before applying two coats of premium paint to the siding, trim, fascia, soffits, garage doors, and other exterior surfaces. We also removed the existing shutters so the homeowners could install new ones, repaired damaged wood, and completed numerous finishing details to give the home a crisp, updated appearance built to withstand the Lowcountry climate. Projects like this are about so much more than paint; they're about helping homeowners bring a long-awaited vision to life. Jimmy and Darlene were an absolute joy to work with throughout the process, and we're incredibly grateful they trusted Pathway Home Painting & Improvements with both the exterior and interior of their home. They even blessed us with a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review and took a "100% Satisfied" photo with us...which, unfortunately, seems to have disappeared into the digital abyss! (We hate when that happens.)
