We installed a custom wood privacy fence and integrated a new hardscape area for this residential property in Waverly. The project involved constructing a tall privacy fence with a dark stain finish and vertical slat design, along with a matching wooden gate featuring a lattice top. We also completed the backyard transformation by building a circular paver stone patio centered around a stacked stone fire pit. For the fencing, we used a black stained wood to provide a modern aesthetic while ensuring long-term durability and privacy. We also strategically placed arborvitae shrubs along the fence line to soften the perimeter and enhance the natural landscape.
