We installed a new wood privacy fence for this residential property in Cedar Falls. The project involved building a vertical board-on-board structure to ensure complete privacy and security for the backyard. We integrated the new fencing with the existing landscape, working around mature trees and established utility structures. For a refined finish, we applied a rich dark brown stain to the wood, protecting the material while enhancing its natural grain. The addition of a top cap provides a clean, architectural look and extra durability against the elements. This new installation provides a solid boundary that complements the home's exterior and defines the outdoor living space.
