We installed a new pressure-treated wood privacy fence for this residential property in Waterloo. Our team replaced sections of weathered, aging fencing with a durable picket system designed to secure the backyard and provide a clean, updated look. We also integrated a matching gate with heavy-duty black hardware to ensure convenient and reliable access. The project utilized dog-eared pressure-treated wood pickets for maximum longevity and resistance to the elements. A specific requirement of this build involved custom-notching the fence panels to accommodate the trunk of a large, mature tree on the property line. This approach allowed us to maintain a continuous privacy barrier without damaging the existing landscape or disrupting the root system.
