We installed a new pressure-treated wood privacy fence for this residential property in Waterloo. The project involved setting vertical wooden pickets across the side and rear of the yard to create a secure, enclosed boundary. We utilized metal posts and horizontal support rails to ensure long-term stability against the local weather. The installation featured a dog-ear picket style and a custom-built double gate equipped with black metal hinges and a diagonal support brace for added durability. We carefully navigated the property lines between the existing structures and detached garages, providing a clean transition throughout the yard. This new fence provides the homeowners with immediate privacy and a functional yard enclosure.
