We replaced an aging, weathered wood fence with a new vertical picket privacy fence for this residential property in Waverly. The project involved removing sections of failing wood and installing a clean, uniform perimeter that navigates several backyard sheds and mature trees. We focused on creating a secure and private boundary that spans the entire property line. We used light-colored pressure-treated pine to ensure the new structure withstands the elements while providing a fresh look to the outdoor space. The installation frames the existing stone paver patio and fire pit area, significantly improving the backyard's functionality and visual appeal. This new fencing provides a durable, low-maintenance solution that enhances the home's privacy for years to come.
