This screened-in lanai went from weathered concrete to a beautiful outdoor retreat with our Outback Flake coating system! After moisture testing and thorough surface preparation, our team applied a durable, multi-layer epoxy coating featuring a warm blend of tan and beige decorative flakes. The finished floor offers a seamless, slip-resistant, and easy-to-clean surface that enhances the space while helping protect the concrete from Florida's humid conditions. A stunning outdoor transformation that brings new life, style, and functionality to this Brandon home!
