We completed a comprehensive pool deck and lanai floor restoration for this residence in Lake Wales. Our team began by grinding down the existing, weathered terracotta-colored paint to properly prepare the concrete surface for a durable new finish. We utilized industrial grinding equipment and dust collection systems to ensure a clean and professional bond for the new coating. We then installed a high-performance Simiron epoxy coating system featuring the Orbit flake finish across the entire screened-in enclosure. This new surface provides a significant aesthetic upgrade while offering improved slip resistance and durability for the high-moisture environment around the swimming pool. The final result transformed the worn concrete into a modern, easy-to-maintain outdoor living space.
