This garage required a lot of prep work to ensure a long-lasting, durable finish. We started by mechanically grinding the concrete with industrial-grade Lavina grinders. Then, we repaired any existing cracks and pitting in the concrete (spoiler: there were a lot). Our expert installers then applied our moisture-vapor barrier basecoat, followed by broadcasting Lighthouse flake. Finally, we sealed the garage floor with our UV-resistant polyaspartic topcoat.
