We completed a comprehensive concrete floor restoration and coating project for this residence in Dunedin. Our team began by performing extensive surface preparation, which included grinding the existing concrete for proper adhesion. We also carefully repaired numerous cracks throughout the slab to ensure a stable and level foundation for the new finish. We applied our basecoat with moisture vapor properties, broadcasted full flake, and finished with our Simiron HS polyaspartic.
