We completed a comprehensive garage floor transformation for a home in Tampa, addressing an old, stained concrete surface. After performing moisture testing and industrial grinding to prepare the substrate, we applied a multi-layer coating system. This process ensured a strong bond and a perfectly leveled finish across the entire garage area. For the final surface, we installed a light gray Coyote epoxy flake system that provides a durable and slip-resistant finish. We carefully navigated around permanent fixtures like water heaters and wall-mounted storage to ensure seamless coverage. The result is a high-performance floor that offers improved protection against wear and a much cleaner aesthetic.
