Comprehensive Concrete Joint and Crack Repair for Louisville Parking Garage Top Deck

For this structural restoration project in Louisville, KY, Performance Waterproofing LLC was contracted to perform a comprehensive waterproofing and surface protection upgrade on the top deck of a commercial parking garage. Our team executed a full-spectrum joint and crack repair solution to extend the service life of the structure and prevent future water intrusion. We removed and replaced all expansion and parapet joint caulking using industry-leading Dymonic 100 polyurethane sealant, following rigorous surface prep that included grinding, priming with Vulkem 171, and installing new backer rod.
