Full exterior envelope re-seal on an occupied senior living high-rise in Lexington, Kentucky — approximately 27,600 linear feet of sealant, over five miles on a single building. Scope included window perimeter sealant, building control and expansion joints, wet glaze, PTAC unit perimeters, and Mapes panel joints, all cut out to sound substrate with backer rod set to proper joint geometry. We also pressure washed 54,000 sq ft of façade with a bleach treatment for organic staining and recoated the first-floor Mapes panels.
