Performance Waterproofing LLC completed a full precast concrete sealing and facade restoration project on the east and west elevations of this commercial high-rise in Nashville, TN. The scope included pressure washing for proper surface preparation, routing and sealing of precast panel cracks, and application of a high-performance penetrating sealer (BSM 400) to protect against water intrusion and long-term deterioration. Swing stage access systems were utilized to safely reach all elevations, and all surrounding landscaping was protected throughout construction. The project concluded with final cleaning and quality control testing to ensure proper sealer coverage and long-term performance.
