Sidewalk and Porch Extension Removed the existing sidewalk to prepare for the new design. Extended the porch area to create a more inviting entrance. Paver Installation Installed high-quality pavers with a charcoal soldier course for a stylish edge. Ensured a secure and level surface for safety and aesthetics. Drainage Redirection Implemented dry river beds to effectively redirect water and prevent pooling. Enhanced the drainage system for improved functionality. Landscaping and Turf Regrading Installed new landscaping features to complement the paver walkway. Regraded and resodded turf areas for a lush, green lawn. Landscape Lighting Installation Installed landscape lighting in trees, carefully positioned to avoid shining in the upstairs windows. Used energy-efficient lights to enhance safety and ambiance. Irrigation System Upgrade Updated the irrigation system to a Wi-Fi controller, enabling remote management. Ensured efficient watering practices tailored to the new landscaping.
