We performed extensive structural and site improvements at this commercial facility in Hialeah. Our team managed the excavation of trenches, the installation of reinforced concrete footings, and the construction of CMU block foundation walls to support the building's perimeter. We also installed ADA-compliant black metal handrails along newly poured concrete ramps to ensure safe and accessible entries for all visitors. On the roof, we successfully replaced skylight units and reinforced structural steel beams to enhance the building's durability and natural lighting. Interior work included modernizing the HVAC ductwork and installing custom cabinetry to complete the professional showroom space. The project concluded with precision asphalt patching and utility marking to restore the surrounding parking areas.
