We executed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this Waterville home, focusing on a complete color transformation and surface restoration. Our team handled extensive preparation work, including scraping peeling paint from the fascia and gables and repairing weathered exterior carpentry. We also refreshed the detached garage and basement access points to ensure a cohesive look across the entire property. The project involved a bold shift from outdated tan siding to Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint in Sea Serpent, a deep blue satin finish. We meticulously masked all windows, doors, and the foundation before applying the new coating to ensure clean lines and protection.
