We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration on this multi-story residence in Hallowell to address years of weathering. Our team performed detailed carpentry work, replacing rotted wood on the fascia boards, soffits, and decorative eave brackets before beginning the prep process. We thoroughly scraped peeling paint and sanded the original wood surfaces to ensure a durable foundation for the new finish. After protecting the property with extensive masking and plastic sheeting, we applied high-quality Sherwin-Williams paint in a refreshed sage green and white color palette. We also refinished the porch flooring and stairs to restore their visual appeal and durability. The project successfully updated the home’s aesthetic while providing essential protection against the elements.
