We completed a full exterior transformation for this Augusta home, transitioning the property from dated beige and yellow to a modern sage green. Our team performed extensive surface preparation, including washing and repairing horizontal lap siding to ensure a long-lasting finish on both the primary residence and the detached garage. We also updated the metal basement bulkhead. The project further involved a significant restoration of the outdoor wooden deck and staircase. We treated the weathered wood with a dark brown protective stain, revitalizing the grain and providing a durable barrier against the elements.
