We addressed significant wood rot across the exterior of this Augusta home, focusing on damaged lap siding and decaying corner posts. Our team performed extensive carpentry work, replacing deteriorated trim and siding sections that had been compromised by moisture at the foundation and deck levels. After completing the structural repairs, we revitalized the large multi-level wooden deck and front entryway with a fresh coat of protective wood stain. We also repaired the trim around the detached garage and finished the project with professional painting to ensure long-term durability against the Maine climate.
