We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration for this two-story residential home in Boothbay Harbor. Our team performed extensive preparation, priming, and painting of the horizontal lap siding and trim across the main house and detached garage. We focused on refreshing the entire building envelope to ensure a clean, uniform finish that protects against the coastal environment. A key highlight of the project involved restoring the porch areas, where we finished the stair treads and ceilings in a contrasting light blue. We also repainted the foundation in a deep red to provide a sharp, defined base against the white siding and crisp white railings. This project successfully updated the home’s traditional aesthetic while addressing weathered surfaces on the stairs and entryway.
