We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in The Villages, upgrading the property from failing asphalt shingles to a high-performance metal system. Our crew began by removing the existing roofing material and inspecting the roof deck, making essential repairs to the oriented strand board (OSB) sheathing to ensure a solid foundation. We then installed a series of ventilation upgrades and new flashing to modernize the entire roofing structure. The project featured the installation of PermaLock metal shingles in the Driftwood Cedar color, offering a refined aesthetic paired with exceptional durability. To maximize protection, we utilized Atlas WeatherMaster HP-Flex high-temp underlayment and integrated matching drip edges and metal valley flashing.
