We performed a targeted roofing restoration on this Orlando residence, specifically addressing issues caused by an improperly installed flat roof system. After removing the failing materials, we replaced the compromised substrate and installed a high-performance roof membrane. Our team repaired the transition points between the new flat roof and the existing asphalt shingles to ensure a watertight seal. This project resolved recurring moisture issues and effectively integrated the low-slope patio roof with the main residential structure for long-term protection.
