We executed a comprehensive roof replacement on this Lake Helen residence, beginning with the removal of all weathered roofing materials. Once the roof deck was exposed, we conducted extensive structural repairs, including the replacement of deteriorated plywood sheathing and damaged wood planks. We also addressed water-damaged components to ensure the structural integrity of the roof system. To provide long-term protection, we installed high-performance Moisture Guard Peel n Stick Underlayment and integrated new metal flashing at all critical transition points and valleys. We completed the installation using Tamko Titan architectural shingles in the Natural Timber colorway and performed professional chimney flashing repairs to guarantee a watertight seal. This project delivered a durable, upgraded roofing system designed to withstand the local climate for years to come.
