We completed a comprehensive flat roof replacement for this residence in Daytona Beach. Our team removed the existing, worn roofing material to inspect the underlying structure and identify necessary repairs. During the process, we replaced several sections of weathered plywood roof decking to ensure a solid and secure foundation for the new system. We installed a multi-layered modified bitumen system featuring a Colonial Slate granular finish for enhanced durability and weather resistance. The project included sealing around existing skylights and installing new flashing and vent pipes to prevent future leaks. This updated roofing solution provides long-lasting protection and improved functionality for the home’s low-slope surfaces.
