We performed a full residential roof replacement for a home in Port Orange to address significant weathering and interior water damage. Our crew removed the existing asphalt shingles and inspected the plywood and OSB decking to ensure a stable foundation. We then prepared the surface with a high-performance underlayment and new metal drip edge to provide a secure, watertight seal.
