We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Orange City, Florida. Our team removed the aged, leaking shingles and addressed structural concerns by repairing damaged OSB sheathing across the hip roof. We secured the deck with Summit 60 synthetic underlayment to provide a superior secondary water barrier before proceeding with the final install.
