We completed a full residential roof replacement for this brick colonial home in Crofton. After a detailed inspection that flagged weathered three-tab shingles for replacement, we stripped the existing materials to evaluate the wooden roof deck. We addressed areas of stained plywood and reinforced the structural components to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. Our team installed high-performance architectural asphalt shingles in a textured brown and tan finish. We integrated new ridge vents, plumbing vent boots, and metal flashing around the chimney to secure the home against future leaks.
