We completed a comprehensive outdoor living project for this home in Social Circle, Georgia. We demolished the existing structure and replaced it with a custom-built, pressure-treated wood deck. The scope included framing the entire substructure with new joists and beams to ensure long-term stability against the brick exterior. We integrated several functional features, including built-in bench seating and a custom pergola. To finish the space, we installed matching wood skirting to hide the underside of the deck and built a sturdy staircase for easy yard access. The final result provided a durable and expansive area for outdoor relaxation and entertaining.
