We recently completed a multi-unit townhome repair and restoration project following significant water damage caused by a roof leak. Our team addressed a range of issues across affected units, including removing and replacing damaged sheetrock sections up to 6’ x 6’, and re-securing areas of sagging ceiling drywall to restore structural integrity. Once repairs were completed, we spot sealed all water-damaged areas, applied primer to prevent staining, and finished with professional painting to ensure a clean, uniform appearance. In addition to the ceilings, two interior walls impacted by the leak were also repaired, prepped, and painted. This project required careful coordination, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of water damage restoration to deliver a seamless final result for both the property management team and residents.
